Advanced Nurse Practitioner & Non Medical Prescriber, with a love for the sea & the freshness it brings (which felt quite fitting, hence the name!)

I work from my discreet garden clinic in Brockhampton equally distanced from Hereford, Ross on Wye and Ledbury.

I love meeting new people and helping them to feel the best version of themselves. My client base has grown through word of mouth recommendations (which means so much) but I appreciate sometimes you want to know a bit more about someone before getting in touch- so here I am!
